The Community Living Alternatives’ Board of Directors is seeking community members to assist in developing agency growth and maintaining its high standard of excellence.
If you are a professional, student, or a community member that wants an opportunity to volunteer two hours every other month to your community, you are a candidate for the Board of Directors!
As a member, you will have the opportunity to:
· Develop relationships with service recipients
· Serve as a leader in your community
· Meet new people with diverse backgrounds
· Volunteer at special events with your family
Board Responsibilities
The Board of Directors at Community Living Alternatives, Inc. assures the agency continues to deliver quality services to adults with developmental disabilities.
· Accountable to funding sources and to the community
· Sets and monitors policies
· Hires and evaluates the Executive Director
· Determines goals through strategic planning
· Represents the agency in the community
