Services
Residential
CLA’s goal is to successfully match each individual in our program with the living situation that will best suit his or her needs, level of independence and desires. Some individuals who are more independent are supported to live on their own in an apartment or house. Other individuals are best supported by living with a family in a host home.
When a good match is made, the new home supports each individual toward a more independent and fulfilling life!

Employment
CLA helps each individual target and develop a career in his or her field of interest while we pair him or her with local businesses for employment. Individuals get a job they enjoy and a great sense of independence and responsibility, while local businesses learn that every individual has a talent that can enhance their business.

Community Services
CLA provides services to individuals to help them access their communities and resources. This can include community safety training, medical appointments, money management, bus training, exercise programs, and accessing other businesses and services to increase independence and social skills. This helps develop natural supports for individuals in their own communities in order for them to have the greatest degree of independence from paid staff.

Friday Afternoon Club (FAC)
CLA’s exclusive activities Club! At least once a month, we have an event or activity that we offer to individuals to participate in. This allows our staff to do what we really love - enjoy time with the individuals we work with in an environment outside of program management and paperwork! We go to baseball games, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, craft clubs, picnics, and tons more!
